The 13-digits 2-line display on the M505 allows numbers and characters to be displayed clearly - in all lighting conditions. Whether you want to know what song is playing on satellite radio or just need to know the time, it’s always easy to see.

Just connect your iPod or iPhone to the source unit’s USB port to access and play music through the marine audio system. Operate iPod using head unit controls, including “ABC Search”, or use the control wheel of your iPod “Simple Control”.

The M505 incorporates the Bluetooth aptX codec that is also incorporated in many Android™ Phones. Since it restores the sound elements that are lost during digital compression of audio files, you can heve near CD quality sound. Now it’s possible to listen to high quality audio with wireless convenience even while out on the water.

Just hook-up the optional SiriusXM Vehicle Tuner in order to access hundreds of satellite radio channels including music, sports, talk, comedy, news and so much more!

With this function, it is possible to split your boat into two discrete zones to enjoy different volume levels of entertainment. For instance, the bow can be tuned-in to a higher volume level for enjoyment in the wind while the stern can enjoy the music at a lower volume to accommodate conversations. Volume levels from the fixed zone are controlled by an optional external volume control device. This is ideal for separate areas such as salons, wakeboard towers, and open bows.

Equipped with ?-channel line outputs, you are able to connect two front speakers with two outputs remaining for connection of up to two subwoofers or rear speakers.

In addition to providing 3 preset equalization patterns — BASS BOOST, IMPACT, and EXCITE — Clarion’s 3-Band EQ even lets you freely customize the level and range of the bass, midrange and treble portions of each pattern. You can tune the sound to your liking, depending on the category of music, for a more personalized and fulfilling listening experience.

Switching on the Low Pass Filter (LPF) will send only the low frequency range through specified outputs to ensure superb performance when connected to a subwoofer.
