If you have a technical question or need to troubleshoot a product we recommend contacting a dedicated manufacturer's technical support line. Returns and other policies
We have a 30 day return policy. We can either exchange an item or issue a refund. Please note that shipping cost is not refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping an item back to gps4us. 15% restocking fees will be applied to all opened, non-faulty items. Opened CD, DVD, Data cards, Maps and Software WILL NOT be accepted for a return. Please take a minute to look through our policies below.
