Magellan brings you the all new RoadMate 5322-LM. Enjoy the security of knowing your maps are always up to date by taking advantage of the Free Lifetime Map Updates feature, which allows you update your maps for free up to four times a year. There are many new features to this Magellan RoadMate to make your trip effortless.
3D Buildings help to provide a more realistic view of your surroundings by displaying notable landmarks on and around your route in 3D. With the RoadMate 5322-LM, you’ll also have the option of portrait mode, allowing you to see more of the route ahead of you.
With Landmark Guidance your routing instructions use landmarks instead of street names. You’ll hear instructions like “Turn left at the Shell Gas Station”. The upgraded Junction View generates a large view of the freeway you are on and with unmistakable arrows, visually guides you to the correct lane.
Traffic Camera Alerts are included at no additional cost. These audible and visual warnings alert you to fixed red light and speed cameras. This is a combination of verified and crowd source data that you refresh on your unit by the free Content Manager from Magellan. You can even become one of the many reporters on the street by submitting your own discoveries or rating the reliability of the alerts you are shown. Premium content is available for an extra cost which includes black-spots (high accident areas), school zones, and dangerous intersections.
Best Parking is another great feature which makes parking in the city a much easier affair. Also updated by Content Manager, Best Parking provides parking garage locations with both their hours of operation and their entrance location. Choose the garage that is close to your destination and is also affordable. Once you have selected a garage you are guided directly to the entrance. No more searching for the entry!
The RoadMate navigation experience is both intuitive and robust. The OneTouch Favorites Menu allows you quick access to your favorite places or even your favorite previous searches. As you type the first few letters of your target address QuickSpell instantly narrows the search based on your destination. SayWhere technology speaks the street names throughout the preloaded maps of the 50 United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
